Visiting Blueberry

This was taken a while back...but I just retrieved it from my phone!  We went to visit Blueberry Grandpa after he had a stroke and fell down.  They had a "therapy bird" in this hospital that Austin really enjoyed (he is not pictured). 

Spring Fling

We attended the Spring Fling today at Austin's school.  It was hot, sunny, and humid outside, and Austin had played a soccer game before this started (at 8 AM).  By noon, his cheeks were bright red and he was ready for a nap.  He slept for 4 hours this afternoon!

It may look like a bike rack to you or me.  To Austin, this is the best, most fun tunnel to run through when we go to the gym!

Beautiful Spring Day

We had a nice little play date at the park today.  The kids tried to feed the ducks and nutria, but they were not too interested in our delicious bread! 

Blue Bell Creamery Tour

We drove to Brenham today to take a tour of the Blue Bell Creamery.  At the end of the tour, Austin enjoyed a nice large cup of chocolate ice cream!

Green Tractor

I think we could have spent an hour in this tractor.  Unfortunately, there was a line and he had about 20 seconds.  He asked if we could come back next later....I assured him that we could!

There is a pretty long line to milk a fake cow.  However, Austin would have waited an hour to pull on the udders to see some water squirt out!

"No, these are bunnies."
"Ooh, these are bunny rabbits.  Do you think one is the Easter Bunny?"
"Ummmm, no because these are in cages."

Spring Soccer 2012

This may also be the last season of soccer for several reasons:

• It is cold and rainy in the spring (not fun)
• Our team was {accidentally} bumped up an age group so our 3 year-olds are playing giants (not fun)
• Some of the giants are extremely aggressive and push us over for no reason (not fun)
