Dino Ride

The Houston Zoo has the Dinosaur Exhibit going on.  This one is buried in mulch in one of the green spaces of the zoo.  It was eerily empty at the zoo on this particular day, and Austin climbed the T-Rex and played on him uninterrupted for quite a while.

Houston Zoo has a Dinosaur exhibit right now that includes a lot of the dinos that lived in Texas.  They are life size, they move, and make noises.  It freaked Austin out when we walked in...they were roaring and moving their heads!  But, after LOTS of reassurance, he walked through the rest of the exhibit and loved them by the end.

Austin and Ella ran from hut to hut playing hide and seek.  They had a great time burning off endless amounts of energy.

Austin, Ella, and Mia had one last outing before the Bolden's baby brother was born.  It was a great day for the zoo because it had rained early in the morning--keeping a lot of people home for the day.

Austin decided he did not want to wear his yellow Crocs (mickey feet)...and he took off his shoes to stroll around the zoo.

We called him HEB feet because in college you would always see people walking around HEB without shoes--GROSS!

There is a picture of the four of these guys at Moody Gardens Palm Beach...when Austin and Ella were babies. It is fun to see how all four of them have aged!
