We loved this restaurant--even though I think it's name sounds like a head shop.  It makes fresh pizzas with organic ingredients.  It is DELICIOUS!

IZZI

IZZI is our new favorite game to play before we go to bed.  We can all three play it--and it is just as challenging for Austin as it is for us.  I highly recommend it!

Harrah's has an arcade that is better than any Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to. 

I don't know who was happier that I agreed to this: Damon or Austin.  Damon could not believe that I would agree to go...and then once it was over, Austin asked if we could go back!

This was Austin's first time to bowl.  He really enjoyed it.  After the first game he definitely wanted more, but the entire second game was a little too much. 

I enjoyed learning the art of bowling with bumpers...it takes skill to know where to bounce the ball off the bumper at the right angle to knock down a few pins!

88th Birthday Party

We went to Arlington for Blueberry Grandpa's 88th Birthday.  As soon as we arrived at this steakhouse they brought Austin a plate of celery, carrots, tomatoes, crackers, and a ramekin with ranch.  He was impressed!

Cheating

We told Austin that if you look at the box while you are doing the puzzle it's cheating. For some reason, after he heard that, whenever he saw us working on the puzzle he asked us if we were doing some cheating. Damon tried to explain to him that he was putting the puzzle together--but Austin insisted that Damon was doing some cheating!

And this comes from a kid who LOVES to do puzzles!

Berry Picking

Damon and I took Austin to pick strawberries at King's Orchard last week. We also got to pick blackberries and blueberries. We enjoyed the berries for a few days...then I froze them! I am berried out.
